Return & Exchange Policy

At Penny & Plum, we are devoted to delivering a graceful and seamless shopping experience for every lady and little one. Kindly review our return guidelines below.

This policy is prepared in accordance with the consumer protection regulations of the State of Qatar and reflects our commitment to transparency, fairness, and premium service.

1. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
In accordance with Qatar Consumer Protection Law No. (8) of 2008, customers are entitled to a remedy if a product is defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of purchase.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Penny & Plum will provide one of the following remedies:
Replacement
Repair (if applicable)
Refund
For online purchases, a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the defect clearly visible is mandatory to process the claim.
Defect claims must be reported within 7 days of purchase or delivery.


2. 7-Day Return Policy (Non-Defective Items)
For items without defects, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Item must be unused and unwashed
In original condition
All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
Original invoice must be presented
Items not meeting these requirements will not qualify for return.


3. Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during sales, promotional events, clearance, or at discounted prices:
May be exchanged within 2 days of purchase only
Are not eligible for refund
Must be in original condition with invoice


4. Hygiene & Safety Policy
In line with health and safety standards in Qatar, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless a confirmed manufacturing defect exists:
Swimwear
Lingerie
Innerwear
Socks
Earrings
Cosmetics
Personal hygiene products
Hair accessories


5. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed strictly through the original mode of payment:
Card/Bank payments → Refunded to the same card or bank account
Cash payments → Refunded in cash
Customers may alternatively choose to retain the amount in their Penny & Plum store wallet
Refunds will be initiated only after inspection and approval of the returned item.


6. Gift with Purchase
Any complimentary gift received with a purchase must be returned in original condition along with the main item to qualify for exchange or refund.


7. Price Discrepancies
If you notice any price discrepancy on your receipt, please notify the store manager immediately. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly in accordance with Qatar consumer protection standards.


8. Right of Inspection
Penny & Plum reserves the right to inspect all returned items prior to approving any refund or exchange, as permitted under Qatar Consumer Protection regulations.
